Overview As Site Manager for the M Renewables team in Italy, you will oversee the on-site delivery of utility-scale solar projects. You will coordinate engineering, BOMs, and procurement inputs while supervising installation work and ensuring compliance with technical standards and HSE rules. You’ll manage site facilities and logistics, liaising with suppliers and internal departments. This role offers impact on a critical clean-energy program within a multinational, values-driven organization. material purchase orders and subcontract requisitions * report project progress to the Project Manager * oversee installation works by site engineers and subcontractors * report daily on materials received onsite * liaise with Procurement and Logistics to arrange material deliveries * monitor compliance with technical requirements and applicable norms and standards * manage site facilities from technical and administrative perspectives (offices, utilities, cleaning contracts) * liaise with DL and CSE as needed * assume the role of Preposto (site supervisor per Italian HSE law) Requisiti fondamentali * minimum 5 years as site manager within construction * University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plus * excellent use of Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD * leadership and negotiation skills * attention to detail * willingness to relocate * fluent Italian and English * leadership * negotiation * attention to detail * team coordination * Microsoft Office * AUTOCAD
