then this position may be the right opportunity for you Your main tasks Ensuring professional service at the reception desk Answering all incoming phone calls at switchboard Receiving all visitors at the front desk and informing requested colleagues Preparation & Mantaining of meeting rooms Handling the inbox as well as outgoing mail including delivery service Your profile 1 - 3 years experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail Confidentiality Experience in all Microsoft applications incl.
