Overview In this Brand Manager role, you will drive the Italian Eucerin category by translating brand strategies into local plans and launches. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution across consumer touchpoints and activations. You’ll identify growth opportunities in Face & Sun and shape local priorities with regional and global stakeholders. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on market execution and collaboration. Retribuzione / Benefits * salary between 34,000 and 43,000 EUR * hybrid working model (2 days remote) * flexible working hours * free parking for multiple transport modes * store discounts on Beiersdorf products * participation premio and health insurance Responsabilità * Drive execution of category and brand plans for the Face & Sun portfolio in line with local and global strategy * Lead local deployment of product launches, relaunches and innovation projects coordinating stakeholders * Analyze brand,



category and market performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations * Develop and execute local activation plans (promotions, events, PR, influencer collaborations, media support) tailored to the Italian market * Manage marketing budgets and contribute to forecasting, planning and performance tracking * Ensure excellence in POS materials, sales force tools and marketing assets to maximize visibility and engagement * Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders and external agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget Requisiti fondamentali * 2-4 years of experience in Marketing * Experience in product launches, consumer activation and portfolio management * Experience in Personal Care, Skincare or Pharmacy channel is advantageous * Fluency in Italian and English * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * IQVIA or similar market data tools is a plus * Strong project management, organizational and stakeholder manage
