Overview As the Director for Italy, you will shape the people, organisation and internal communication agenda to support sustainable growth. You will advise the General Manager and leadership team, translating business goals into people, culture and communication strategies. You’ll drive talent attraction, development and retention, leadership effectiveness, and an engaging employee experience, while guiding organisational capability and AI-enabled workforce readiness. Responsabilità * Define and drive HR & Internal Communication agenda for Novo Italy to support strategic ambitions * Lead development and execution of People & Organisation strategies aligned with global, regional and local priorities * Drive workforce planning, succession, talent strategies and leadership pipelines * Act as strategic coach to leaders on people, culture,
