Overview In this IT leadership role, you partner with the Order To Cash & Logistics business functions to drive digital transformation using SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms. You lead cross‑functional, international teams, guiding technology strategy, program delivery, and value realization. You’ll enable automation, AI/ML initiatives, and a modern operating model to support OTC & Logistics objectives. This role offers visibility to senior stakeholders and a chance to shape Barilla’s technology roadmap. fact-based system decisions * Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization within SAP evolution * Lead change management for SAP S4 and other tech implementations * Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and data governance Requisiti fondamentali * Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent * 6+ years leading transformation programs * Proven experience in complex global OTC & Logistics projects * Strong knowledge of SAP in Supply Chain (S/4 or ECC) * Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams * PM skills and ability to drive stakeholder alignment * Proficiency in Italian and English * Fiori Apps experience is a plus * Analytics management/Data Governance experience is a plus * high energy and proactivity * problem-solving mindset * stakeholder influence and communication * SAP S/4HANA / ECC (Supply Chain) * Fiori Apps (plus) * Automation, ML and AI in business processes
