The successful candidate will support the Resident Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. This role requires strong culinary expertise, effective leadership, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences that celebrate local ingredients and regional flavours while upholding the property's culinary and service standards.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the Resident Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring efficient service delivery. /liliSupervise, guide, and coordinate the kitchen team to maintain consistency, efficiency, and high culinary standards. /liliEnsure exceptional standards of food preparation, quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes. /liliMaintain strict compliance with HACCP regulations, food safety requirements, and established hygiene procedures. /liliContribute to menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal produce, local ingredients, and regional culinary traditions. /liliAssist in managing inventory, purchasing, stock control, and food costs while minimising waste and maintaining operational efficiency. /li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulliPrevious experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end hospitalit
