and production standards * Perform time studies and production analyses to establish labor standards and improve operational efficiency * Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance * Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across production activities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resource use, and production planning * Develop manufacturing documentation, ensuring process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence Requisiti fondamentali * 2+ years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in structured metal manufacturing environments * Knowledge of SAP or other ERP * Knowledge of manufacturing cycles * Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level) * Cross-functional collaboration * Analytical problem-solving * Strong communication * SAP or other ERP * Manufacturing cycles knowledge * Time studies
