Document Controller – €50/hour – Remote (Milan Area) We’re currently supporting a major global infrastructure project and are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join on a long-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale (€100M+) projects within a structured EPC / contractor environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement. The Role * Manage and maintain project documentation across multiple workstreams * Ensure document control processes are followed and compliant * Support contractors, quality teams, and project stakeholders * Act as a key point of coordination across project interfaces * Work within a fast-paced, large-scale delivery environment * This is a highly interactive role (≈70% stakeholder engagement) — not just admin Location & Working Pattern * Milan area ( within 50km ) * Predominantly remote * Occasional office presence (as required)



* 40 hours per week Contract Details * €50 per hour * 18-month contract + likely extension * Start: ASAP (within 4–5 weeks) * Interview process: 1 stage (fast turnaround) Requirements Must Have * Fluent Italian & English * Proven experience as a Document Controller * Background in:EPC, ORConstruction / infrastructure / client-side projects * Experience on large-scale projects (€100M+) * Strong stakeholder communication skills Nice to Have * Experience with construction or procurement contractors * Exposure to quality processes * Familiarity with EDMS systems (Aconex, SharePoint, etc.) Why Apply? * Long-term, stable contract * Remote flexibility * Fast interview process * Opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
