Overview In this Director-level role within Global Manufacturing Science & Technology, you lead a team of Analytical Science & Technology experts to define end-to-end analytical control strategies and support tech transfers across GSC. You will drive cross-site collaborations, manage complex investigations with data analytics, and ensure analytical sections of regulatory submissions. You’ll shape lifecycle programs and advance new analytical platforms, contributing to faster, higher-quality product supply for patients. cross-site teams on analytical aspects of strategic products and projects * Present responsibilities to global stakeholders within project governance bodies * Coordinate complex analytical investigations using advanced data analytics and digital acumen * Mentor and develop methods and modern analytical platform technologies * Accountable for analytical sections of lifecycle regulatory submissions and RTQ processes Requisiti fondamentali * BSc or higher in a relevant scientific field * Senior experience in analytical technologies, method development and validation * Knowledge of Quality by Design, risk management, GMP, NPI and manufacturing operations * Experience supporting regulatory interactions and submissions for vaccines or biotherapeutics * Strong leadership and influencing skills in a global matrix environment * leadership * influencing across a global matrix * cross-functional collaboration * Analytical technologies * Method development and validation * Quality by Design (QbD)
