You work closely with customers, CSMs, and project teams to redesign processes, enable change, and embed digital solutions into daily operations. You design adoption and communication plans, measure outcomes, and provide post-deployment support to maximize value. This role combines analytics, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement to deliver tangible business impact.
