Let's Talk about the Role In this role, you will bridge the gap between daily corporate treasury operations and general accounting, with a focus on bank reconciliations, tax payments, and payroll journal entries. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SAP (FI module) and thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities * Treasury & Cash Management o Manage daily bank reconciliations and clear open items across all corporate bank accounts using SAP. o Monitor incoming collections and process outgoing electronic payments via remote banking platforms. o Prepare, verify, and execute tax payments via F24 forms in compliance with Italian tax regulations. o Support cash flow forecasting and monitor daily liquidity positions. o Maintain relations with banking partners and manage bank documentation/signature mandates. * Accounting & Month-End Closing o Perform monthly reconciliations and balancing for payroll-related general ledger accounts (stipendi e contributi). o Ensure accurate accounting of withholding taxes, social security contributions, and local/corporate taxes. o Prepare and post journal entries related to treasury operations during month-end and year-end closing activities. o Ass
