Senior HR Business Partner Italy - Veneto - Commutable from Venice, Verona, Vincenza and Padua Onsite 4-5 days a week c€90,000p.a. + benefits Loom Talent are supporting a Global engineering business with c1000employees with a pinnacle hire at their Italy site. With the Head office the UK the blue-collar giant is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to run their site of c50 in Italy supported by a small HR team and partner closely with the UK operations. The Role * Management and development of local HR & Recruitment strategies with a focus on retention and HR best practise. * Partner closely and build strong relationships with senior leaders both in Italy and the UK. * Be involved in exciting projects such as workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement and org design.
* Operate in a proactive way understanding key challenges and implementing process improvements where needed. * Responsible for leadership development and management coaching * Partner closely with centralised Talent and L&D; teams in the UK to drive performance and increase retention. What they are looking for * A Senior HR candidate with 5+ years in a similar role focusing on both the operational capability of a site and strategic focus * Experience operating in a blue-collar environment * Comfortable being onsite 4-5 days a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
