You will assess risks related to child exploitation and abuse, develop safeguarding protocols, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement protective measures for vulnerable populations. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ulliConduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats to adolescent and child safety within operational contexts. /liliDevelop and update safeguarding policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations and best practices. /liliProvide training and guidance to staff on recognizing signs of exploitation, abuse, and grooming behaviors. /liliInvestigate reported incidents of child exploitation or abuse, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions. /liliCollaborate with external stakeholders,



including law enforcement and child protection agencies, to address systemic risks. /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications: /h3 ulliExperience in child protection, safeguarding, or related fields with a minimum of 3 years in a specialist role. /liliKnowledge of international child protection frameworks, such as UNCRC, and local safeguarding legislation. /liliStrong analytical skills to assess risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies for vulnerable populations. /liliAbility to conduct investigations into exploitation cases while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity. /liliProficiency in developing training materials and delivering sessions on safeguarding protocols to diverse audiences. /li /ul h3More About the Opportunity: /h3 pThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in the Technology, Information and Internet industry, contributing to the protection
