Overview In this role you will act as the Bid Manager’s deputy, ensuring synchronized bid planning and timely delivery of proposal schedules. Retribuzione / Benefits * salary range 35.000 - 45.000 * CCNL metalmeccanici industria * agile, inclusive and responsible culture * growth and development opportunities * international projects with local impact Responsabilità * Develop and maintain bid schedules (internal and customer) * Coordinate with stakeholders to align inputs and interfaces * Lead bid schedule development based on contract requirements and execution strategy * Organize regular scheduling meetings and drive timing adherence * Identify critical path and risks,
proposing mitigations * Draft bid schedule narratives for internal and customer audiences * Support bid transfer to execution up to Tender Transfer Meeting (TTM) * Promote time management practices and capture lessons learned from bids and projects * Present scheduling information at bid gate reviews * Ensure on-time delivery of bid schedule deliverables * Collaborate with Region planning, PL planning, Scheduling Experts and Group Planning for 4-eye reviews * Analyze bid documentation to understand schedule management requirements * Organize and lead synthesis of inputs for project schedule interfaces Requisiti fondamentali * Detailed knowledge of scheduling theory and critical path methodology * Proficiency in Primavera or MS-Project and advanced Excel * Knowledge of time-related contractual obligations and delay analysis * Basic understanding of railway industry products and technologies * Strong written and verbal
