Overview As Digital Media Specialist you will drive global paid media through strategic planning, execution and optimization across social, display and emerging platforms. You’ll translate luxury brand objectives into impactful media plans that boost awareness and business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies and partners to ensure excellence in delivery while staying ahead of industry trends. This role offers an opportunity to shape luxury storytelling in a data-driven environment with international scope. Retribuzione / Benefits * Competitive compensation 35,000€ - 40,000€ gross * Competitive Corporate Welfare Services Responsabilità * Support global paid media strategies across key business moments, product launches and brand initiatives * Plan, launch and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and other regional ecosystems * Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution with internal teams, agencies and partners * Drive audience-led media planning using first-party data,



customer insights and platform automation * Monitor campaigns and provide actionable recommendations based on data, attribution models and KPIs * Contribute to reporting frameworks, measurement strategies and campaign effectiveness analysis * Stay updated on industry developments, luxury consumer behavior and competitive trends Requisiti fondamentali * 3-5 years of experience in Digital Media, Paid Social, or related roles * Experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat and digital display * Meta and TikTok certification is a plus * Fluent in English, written and spoken * Understanding of the Luxury and Fashion Industry, including recent trends and landscape * Proactive and curious * Collaborative and positive attitude * Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects * Digital media planning and optimization * Campaign management across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat * First-party data
