As an IT Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic point of contact between Würth IT and the companies of the Würth Group. You will be more than just an intermediary:
you will act as a trusted advisor and driving force, helping to shape priorities, guide decisions, and deliver tangible business value to the customer.

- Manage the strategic and operational relationship between Würth IT and the companies of the Würth Group, acting as the primary point of contact for business IT needs.
- Build strong partnerships with both IT and business stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of priorities, objectives, and key processes across the various Group companies.
- Identify and translate business needs and opportunities into concrete IT solutions, promoting a proactive and value-driven approach.
- Ensure the effective delivery of IT services by monitoring quality, timelines, performance, and compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate teams, service managers, and cross-functional projects, fostering communication and collaboratio
