In this role you validate the performance of CNH’s heavy construction equipment and ensure it operates as designed. You work within the test engineering team to run procedures, analyze results, and communicate progress to managers. You will configure hardware and instrumentation and contribute to test plans and reports, supporting product development. You will collaborate with design engineering to refine systems across powertrains, hydraulics, structures, and user interfaces. This position offers scope to impact product reliability and performance on a global stage.

- Test structures, powertrains, hydraulics, structures, cabs, and other machine systems during development
- Report weekly test results, progress, and issues; log problems in the database
- Configure hardware and instrumentation to complete tests
- Provide technical expertise on product systems and usage
- Collaborate with design engineering on a range of CNH products
- Assist in developing test plans and procedures
- Manage defect database and test-related tasks
- Modify and create relevant test procedures and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience testing heavy construction equipment or agriculture
