The regional manager assesses, mentors, and coaches assigned direct reports, ensuring the highest-level employee performance based on organizational goals, processes, and procedures. /ppThe Regional Manager learns the needs of customers and users as related to infrastructure and jobsite services to engage the different IT functional teams when appropriate and acts as a point of escalation within the IT Organization. The Regional Manager works closely with staff to review and finalize specifications and project plans for various infrastructure and jobsite projects. The Regional Manager is responsible for providing on-time and on-budget performance for job mobilizations and the assigned corporate budget, developing and supporting continual process improvement for the broader Field Service organization, as well as providing work prioritization, scheduling, and a level of technical understanding sufficient to ensure Skansk
