Senior Flavourist Senior Flavourist Alkoholic & Non Alkolic Beverages (m/f/d) Location: Greater Milan area My client is a leading European B2B group specializing in natural ingredients for the food and beverage industry. * We develop and manufacture tailor-made natural flavours, botanical extracts, and natural colours, serving global manufacturers across the beverage,and food sectors. Tasks * Your Role & Responsibilities * In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in driving flavour innovation across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage platforms, working as part of an established team, while collaborating with group entities across Europe. * Flavour Creation & Reformulation: Formulate innovative, high-performance flavours and taste solutions for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage applications * Extract & Botanical Integration: Leverage deep expertise in natural extracts and raw materials to maximize taste performance,
profile complexity, and stability. * Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands‑on working experience as a Flavourist in the flavour, beverage, or ingredient industry. * Technical Expertise: Proven track record in natural extract technology and application development for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Requirements * Education: Degree in Food Chemistry, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field. * Languages: English: Business fluent (Mandatory) Italian: Professional working proficiency (Highly desirable / Ideal) * Mindset: Highly collaborative, innovative problem-solver with exceptional sensory skills and project management capabilities in an international group setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
