This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in Italy. This is a fully remote senior design opportunity within a fast-growing, distributed product organization. You will shape the end-to-end experience of a platform used by organizations to manage fundraising and supporter relationships. The role combines user research, product strategy, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design. You will work closely with Product and Engineering from early discovery through launch and continuous iteration. The position offers significant ownership and influence over complex B2B workflows and SaaS experiences. You will advocate for users while balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and measurable product outcomes. Accountabilities * Lead user-centered design initiatives by planning and conducting interviews,
usability testing, surveys, and data analysis to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points. * Translate research findings into actionable product insights, design opportunities, and user-centered solutions. * Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads during discovery, roadmap planning, feature definition, development, and launch. * Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, including user journeys, information flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. * Validate concepts and designs with users and internal stakeholders, iterating based on feedback and evidence. * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure effective implementation and design handoffs. * Evaluate existing and newly launched features using qualitative feedback, product analytics, and performance data. * Use data and user insi
