Headquartered in San Francisco, our investors include Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey. /ppPosition: Bilingual Italian STEM Expert (PhD) /ppType: Contract /ppCompensation: $50–$54/hour /ppLocation: Remote /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliWrite expert-level prompts in Italian across specialized scientific topics. /liliEvaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate handling of sensitive content. /liliApply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. /liliCollaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance. /liliWork independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. /li /ulh3Qualifications – Must-Have /h3ulliPhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.



/liliNative or near-native fluency in Italian, plus business-level written English. /liliDeep familiarity with modern laboratory and computational techniques in your subfield. /liliSound judgment around scientific safety and the responsible handling of dual-use information. /li /ulh3Qualifications – Preferred /h3ulliBased in Italy or the wider Western Europe region. /liliRadiological and nuclear coverage from a chemistry background. /liliDemonstrated depth in a specific subfield like organic or inorganic synthesis, molecular biology, microbiology, virology, or genetics. /liliResearch or coursework on chemical safety and security, biosafety and biosecurity, or hazardous-materials handling. /liliExperience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content. /li /ulh3Start Date /h3ulliImmediate /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
