The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationship with key accounts in dedicated area, understanding the specific needs and requirement of each account, developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability, work closely with internal Key Account department and local fleet manager to develop local fleet business and gather market data. Key Responsibilities: * Building and maintaining relationships with clients. * Identifying new business opportunities. * Managing existing accounts. * Meeting sales targets for region & local teams, monitoring & reporting sales targets and action plan per country. * Training and managing local Key clients in designated region. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams Requirements: * Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferably with a commercial focus. * Professional Experience: extensive experience in commercial roles, preferably as a Key Account Manager within the automotive industry, leasing companies, OEMs, or related sectors,
with a proven track record in business development and account management. * Industry Knowledge: solid understanding of the automotive market, commercial dynamics, and strategic account management processes. * Negotiation & Relationship Management: excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term business partnerships. * Analytical & Business Skills: strong analytical mindset, results-driven approach, and ability to interpret commercial data, KPIs, and sales performance metrics. * Digital Skills: excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. * Language Skills: excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international teams and stakeholders. * Ownership & Proactivity: ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative, with a proactive and goal-oriented
