Global IT Service Management Internship | Curricular Internship | Start date: December 2026 | Milan For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global IT Operations team. You will have the opportunity to work on international projects alongside global stakeholders, gaining a broad understanding of how a large-scale IT organization operates. You will be in charge of * Supporting global initiatives aimed at improving IT services, operational governance and user experience across Amplifon markets * Collaborating with international teams to monitor service performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement * Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and dashboards for global stakeholders and IT leadership teams * Contributing to the coordination of operational activities involving different functions,
countries and external partners * Supporting the management and follow-up of projects and initiatives related to IT Operations and Digital Transformation You are the right person if you * Have a background in Engineering, Economics, Management, Computer Science or a related field * Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams.
