VB Spine is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to maximize revenue through our network of reseller partners, including dealers, distributors, and value-added resellers. This individual contributor role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and supporting channel partners while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion. The position requires independent judgment, minimal supervision, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical device environment What You’ll Do: * Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants * Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure * Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts * Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented * Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service * Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity What You Bring: * Sales, business development,
