For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Commis de rang. Main responsibilities: * Organising the restaurant's mise en place; * Cleaning equipment and tables; * Greeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in charge; * Handling the bill and the till (if required); * Handling dishes at the buffet (if present); * Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phone; * Sharing information with the restaurant and kitchen; Requirements: * Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships * Knowledge of the English lenguage * Previous experience in luxury hotels #J-18808-Ljbffr
