This is a remote opportunity for a technically skilled AI professional looking to make a tangible impact across business operations. You will research, implement, and optimize AI, automation, and data-driven technologies across multiple functions. The role combines AI/ML expertise with systems integration, process automation, analytics, and operational improvement. You will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and increase efficiency through technology. You will work with a diverse range of platforms spanning finance, accounting, labor management, forecasting, and business intelligence. The position offers a collaborative, cross-functional environment where innovation and practical problem-solving are highly valued. You will also help teams adopt AI solutions effectively through technical support, training, documentation, and continuous optimization.
Accountabilities * Research, assess, and recommend emerging AI technologies and automation solutions that can create measurable business value. * Deploy and optimize AI models, automation tools, and integrated workflows across different business functions. * Integrate and optimize platforms for invoice automation, receipt management, cash-flow forecasting, labor optimization, bookkeeping, and financial reconciliation. * Connect POS and accounting systems using integration and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Omnivore. * Develop and maintain internal AI-powered dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio to provide insights into financial, labor, and operational performance. * Streamline financial data flows, including bank transaction imports and accounting processes. * Implement and evaluate reconciliation and intelligent bookkeeping solutions to improve accuracy and efficie
