MDOTM
MDOTM is looking for a Product Line Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of one of Sphere's core product lines. You report directly to the CPO. Responsibilities * Define and own the product roadmap for your product line, grounded in client needs, market dynamics & research, and MDOTM's broader vision * Translate deep understanding of asset and wealth management workflows into clear product bets — knowing what to build, what to defer, and why * Continuously synthesise inputs from clients, prospects, sales, implementation, and research into a coherent strategic narrative Cross-functional Leadership * Own the product line's KPIs and be accountable for adoption, retention,
and measurable impact on client outcomes * Lead a cross-functional squad without always having direct authority – aligning engineering, data science, design, and GTM around shared goals * Partner with sales and client success to support commercial conversations and gather client feedback and insights for your product area Stakeholder & CPO Alignment * Maintain a tight feedback loop with the CPO, flagging risks, surfacing tradeoffs, and driving alignment on priorities * Contribute to company-level product strategy discussions as a senior member of the product organisation Requirements * Experience in product management, in a role with clear ownership over a product area or line - not just feature delivery * Direct experience in asset management, wealth management, or investment-related fintech – you understand how portfolio managers, investment analysts, or financial advisors actually work, and can
