Key Responsibilities * Design and manage OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms in enterprise environments * Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation frameworks) * Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD) * Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (Terraform, Ansible) * Support and optimize the application lifecycle (build, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot)
* Execute advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization activities * Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and operational standards * Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and automation strategies Client Engagement & Consult Approach * Interact directly with clients in technical discussions and delivery activities * Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into solutions * Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions within the team * Support workshops, onboarding, and DevOps adoption initiatives * Apply a consultative approach to deliver value and improve client environments Team Collaboration * Work in cross-functional Agile teams (Dev, Ops, Cloud, Security, Architecture) * Collaborate on solutioning, delivery, and problem resolutionShare knowledge and contribute to team capability growth (non-formal mentoring) * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.
