This role drives clinical adoption, customer capability, and field performance by designing and delivering high-impact educational solutions across the region.
A core focus is the development of structured educational pathways that translate clinical and commercial priorities into scalable, measurable learning outcomes. The role partners closely with several cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that education is a strategic lever for adoption and engagement.Key Responsibilities* Define and execute the regional T&E; strategy, aligned with marketing objectives, customer needs, and priority technologies.* Design and implement structured educational pathways that support procedural adoption, clinician progression, and field capability.* Own and deliver hands-on training programs, including management of allocated training capacity, ensuring optimal utilization.* Identify capability gaps and learning needs in collaboration with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders, translating them into scalable, high-impact educational solutions.* Build and manage relationships with faculty, key opinion leaders, and training centers to ensure high-quality pr
