WHAT YOU WILL DO * Alongside the live model team on set produce the size & fit information for all skus assigned within your shooting list * Ensure all skus in the shooting list are complete with high standards and in a timely manner * Conducting proactive market and competitor research to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities * Align with the other Size & Fit specialists to organize model rotation * Be a source of knowledge when it comes to size & fit as well as fabrics * Provide guidance to the freelancer team to ensure they are aligned with our DNA and standards * Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the Size & Fit Team Lead in order to support with consistency and precision regarding the information transmitted to our customers WHO YOU ARE * 1-3 years of experience working within the Size & Fit field * Bachelor degree in fashion marketing or similar * Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing * Knowledge of product category: Ready to wear and accessories * Organized,
