Business Case Development * Develop business cases and investment proposals for new system solutions. * Assess market opportunity, revenue potential, costs, risks, and expected returns. * Define solution success metrics and commercialization objectives. * Develop investment recommendations and prioritization proposals for management approval Development Governance & Approval * Prepare development approval packages and executive presentations. * Drive alignment across Architecture, Engineering, Product Groups, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. * Support management reviews and investment decision processes. * Own execution readiness, ensuring resources, stakeholder commitments, and business objectives remain aligned throughout the approval process.
