Overview In this role you will drive sales of ABB Motion Drive Products across Lombardia, shaping growth with OEMs, System Integrators, and key industrial customers. You will build strategic partner networks, develop joint business plans, and promote ABB's complete motion portfolio. You will work closely with internal teams to prepare offers, forecast, and coordinate market initiatives. This position offers impact on productivity, efficiency, and sustainability within ABB’s commercial strategy and regional goals. and key customers * Coordinate strategic partners and integrators to expand market coverage and growth * Build and manage accounts and execute joint business plans with partners * Promote the full Motion portfolio (Low Voltage Drives, Motion Control, PLCs, Motors) * Identify opportunities and assist customers in selecting appropriate automation solutions * Create account plans to increase market penetration and installed base * Prepare technical and commercial offers with internal sales support * Communicate delivery schedules, commercial terms, and contract requirements * Support marketing activities, product launches, events, and campaigns * Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities * Manage administrative sales activities, CRM, forecasting, cash collection support, and project follow-up Requisiti fondamentali * 8–10 years in technical sales, business development, account management, or channel management in industrial automation * Strong knowledge of industrial drive systems and automation (AC drives, PLCs, motors, motion control) * Underst
