Overview In this role you drive technical sales initiatives for DNV Industrial Services in Italy, building strong relationships with oil & gas and industry clients. You translate customer needs into tailored solutions and support the sales process with technical expertise. You collaborate across marketing, sales and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions and proposals. You contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction while staying ahead of industry trends and opportunities. Responsabilità * Identify and target potential customers and generate new business opportunities * Understand customer needs and technical requirements to propose suitable solutions * Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of solutions * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations * Monitor market trends, competitors,
and feedback to identify opportunities and improvements * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure repeat business * Participate in industry events to expand company presence and network with prospects * Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to the offerings Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (preferred) * Experience in Energy Sector (Oil & Gas) and Industry sector * Proven sales experience, preferably in inspection and quality-related services * Strong technical background and understanding of relevant technologies and standards * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting sales targets * Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently and in a team * Good organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in using Sales CRM systems and other relevant software tools * Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend events * communicati
