Resolve complex consumer issues related to both online shopping and physical retail store experiences. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions to ensure data accuracy and improve service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics or supply chain challenges impacting the customer. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction scores by offering efficient, brand-aligned solutions.
