Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities: * Manage and grow relationships with cleaning distributors while developing new business opportunities within the professional cleaning sector. * Visit end users (e.G., hospitals, retirement homes, healthcare and facility management organizations) to identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions. * Execute sales activities in line with agreed sales objectives, KPIs, and company sales strategy. * Collaborate with distributors and customers on promotional activities, product introductions, and tailored cleaning solutions. * Deliver basic product training and support to distributors and customers. * Maintain accurate account, activity, pipeline, forecast, and budget planning data in C4C (SAP Sales Cloud). * Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on results, opportunities, and market developments. * Work closely with Customer Service (CIC) and Logistics teams to ensure excellent customer support and service levels. Qualifications: * Proven B2B sales experience,
ideally within professional cleaning, hygiene, healthcare, paper or facility management sectors. * Strong business development and relationship management skills. * Experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels. * Results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Good in English; additional local language(s) are an advantage. * Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. * We are looking for someone living close in one of the assign territory such as Bologna, Modena, Padova, Verona ect.
