Overview In this role you drive Glovo’s growth by identifying and onboarding top restaurant partners, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to closure. You will craft data-driven pitches and partner-focused commercial offers to fuel platform expansion. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and early performance nesting. The position combines strategic negotiation with rapid execution in a fast-paced environment, offering a clear impact on market success. Retribuzione / Benefits * 30% monthly performance premio * private health insurance * monthly Glovo credit * work from home two days a week * work from anywhere up to three weeks a year * enhanced parental leave Responsabilità * Lead generation & pipeline management to identify top restaurant partners * End-to-end sales execution from cold outreach to closing deals * Data-driven pitching with customized commercial offers * Onboarding & nesting of partners including app setup and 30-day ramp * Commercial strategy & upselling, including promotions and ads * Cross-functional collaboration with Account Management, Operations, Marketing, HQ and Regional teams * Ownership of sales targets and continuous performance improvement Requisiti fondamentali * 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Background in food-hospitality, on-demand delivery, FMCG, or high-growth tech platforms (preferred) * Strong negotiation and pitch skills with a customer-centric approach * Analytical mindset with ability to build basic business cases and use data for objections * Bias for action, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Tech-savvy with Google Suite; Salesforce or Looker experience a plus * Native/fluent Italian and professional English proficiency * Higher education background preferred * customer-centric * empathy with calculated assertiveness *
