Purpose * As Integrity and Inspection Lead, you oversee the Continuous Improvementof of Integrity and Inspection disciplines of Piping, Hull, EX, Corrosion, Coatingh,Topside structures & Mooring * You support the Strategy development bydefining best practices, standard methods and tools, redesigning existing processes around lean management practices. * You continuously improve the standard methods and tool by identifying and implementing lesson leaned for the fleet. * You leverage on leasson learned from fleet experience to trigger design improvements for future projects * You gather lesson learned and ensure adherence to Global Processes through regular offshore audits and contribute to Continuous Improvement of processes and systems. Responsibilities * You develop and continuous improve methods and strategies for the Integrity and Inspection Team based on learning from experience loop * You own the I&I; CMMS dataset
