You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions and continuously improve system performance and reliability. What we expect from you * M. sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education * 1-3 years of experience in software development * Proven experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#)
* Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) * Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) * Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work both independently and in a team * Fluency in English and Italian What you can expect from us The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary - RAL) will be no less than €31,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce - Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
