About this role As HR Generalist at Docsity, you will lead and evolve our established HR function across Docsity and the other companies of our group. This is a hands-on role combining recruitment, HR administration and contract management, and internal stakeholder management. You will mainly: Recruitment * Manage hiring processes end to end across all group companies, from defining job profiles and sourcing to interviews, offers and contract signing * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both employees and freelancers * Continuously optimize and automate recruitment workflows HR administration & contract management * Manage the full contract lifecycle for employees, freelancers and suppliers,
from drafting and negotiation to renewals, amendments and terminations * Act as the main contact for external payroll and labor consultants * Maintain HR records and tracking tools for contracts, deadlines, leave and absences, providing regular reporting to management * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, from documentation to access and equipment Internal stakeholder management * Act as the main HR point of contact for leadership, managers and teams across group companies * Partner with leadership to define organizational and hiring needs, headcount planning, roles and growth paths * Advise managers on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance issues and sensitive cases * Support performance management cycles, goal setting and employee development Compliance & culture * Oversee health & safety obligations, including mandatory training * Own internal HR communications a
