compliant contracts * Ensure adherence to internal procurement procedures and proper approval flows * Track KPIs such as cost savings, lead times, and contract coverage and identify improvements * Drive continuous process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality * Support scalable operations through procurement process optimization Requisiti fondamentali * 1+ years in procurement, legal, or administrative roles * Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or related fields * Contract-savvy mindset with attention to contractual clauses * Strong negotiation skills and understanding of supplier dynamics * Strategic and structured thinker with hands-on execution * Excellent communication and stakeholder management * Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) * Experience negotiating media contracts is a strong plus * problem-solver * teamwork * clear communication * contract management systems * procurement metrics and KPIs * cost management
