tracking, and warranty claims. Assist Italian-speaking customers with tech troubleshooting using modern tools like TechSee video diagnostics. Log interactions in English using industry-standard CRM tools like Salesforce. Deliver an outstanding, high-touch customer experience every day. What We're Looking For Languages: Native-level or C1+ fluency in Italian, plus solid working English (for internal system logging). Experience: Previous background in customer service or a call center environment. Tech Savvy: Strong PC skills, comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs, virtual desktop environments, and diagnostic tools. Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday through Friday (with occasional weekend shifts).
