Overview As part of ABB’s Distribution Solutions, you will lead reliability and quality testing for mass-produced products and new offerings. You’ll design and apply test protocols, analyze results, and validate new products and suppliers. You’ll collaborate to optimize test methods, support safety initiatives, and contribute to a data-driven, cross-functional quality culture. This role offers hands-on testing, root-cause analysis, and the chance to impact product integrity at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits * Flexible working hours * Hybrid work options * Wellbeing support for employees and families * Welfare plan with personalized services * Canteen or meal vouchers * Company productivity premio Responsabilità * Conduct long-term reliability tests on mass production * Analyze test results to verify product compliance with standards * Perform zero-series validation tests for new products and suppliers * Carry out failure and root cause analysis for apparatus and switchgears * Draft and prepare test reports (DMAIC) * Collaborate to optimize test protocols, improving efficiency and accuracy * Safely perform work using safety systems and report unsafe situations to improve safety Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with ≥1 year in a similar role * OR technical high school diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with ≥3 years in a similar position * Good manual and hands-on technical skills * Data interpretation and analysis capability * Teamwork, organizational skills, and problem-solving aptitude * Italian language with good English proficiency * teamwork * problem-solving * clear communication * reliability testing * test protocol development * DMAIC methodology
