Overview As a Site Reliability Engineer on the Storage team, you ensure the banking-grade storage stack remains resilient and available. You will operate and improve databases and messaging systems, contribute to risk and compliance planning, and build self-serve tools for backend teams. * Own incident response and root-cause analysis for performance issues * Define and prioritize backup and disaster-recovery scenarios with Risk & Compliance * Develop internal platform APIs and self-service tooling for rapid storage provisioning * Contribute to safe, traceable AI agent access to sensitive systems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise resilience and reliability Requisiti fondamentali * PostgreSQL production experience * Working knowledge of Redis, Kafka, or Elasticsearch * Practical use of AI in daily workflows for debugging, coding, or operations * Ability to ship features for internal platform tooling * Calm, rigorous incident response on stateful systems * calm under pressure * problem-solving mindset * ownership and initiative * PostgreSQL production operations * Redis * Kafka
