Overview In this leadership role you build and lead a high-performing commercial team to win the North East Italian market for Glovo. You own the P&L; and steer strategic and commercial direction for the region, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive growth. You will engage top partners in the field, shape long-term growth, promotions, advertising, and operations, and leverage analytics to unlock opportunities. Expect a high-impact, hands-on leadership position in a fast-growing tech platform. and opportunity identification * Monitor performance and drive data-driven decisions to improve the region’s results * Manage P&L; ownership for the North East Italy region * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution * Represent Glovo in the field to secure high-value enterprise accounts Requisiti fondamentali * 2+ years of direct experience managing commercial or account management teams * Experience in fast-paced tech platforms, quick-commerce, or delivery apps * Strong field experience in pitching and negotiating with enterprise accounts * Fluency in Italian and English * Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and identify leverage points * Hands-on, autonomous worker who thrives in ambiguity and takes accountability * bias for action * high ambition * empathy and low ego * data-driven decision making * KPIs tracking * P&L; management
