and regulatory changes * Collaborate with local/global product management to provide market insights and support launches * Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to NPS improvements * Create business plans and commercial initiatives to expand ABB’s presence across markets * Participate in customer visits, events, and channel partner activities to strengthen market position Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field * 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in electrical industry * Ability to translate technical features into customer-focused value propositions * Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross-functional and international experience * Proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in cross-functional and international environments * Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) * Strong communication skills * Cross-functional collaboration * Proactivity and results orientation * Prod
