Overview In this role you will own the motor drives solutions marketing strategy for EMEA, shaping the go-to-market and value proposition. You will guidance Renesas’ sales, FAE, and distribution networks, translating market needs into winning strategies. You’ll build a solutions roadmap, collateral, and partner ecosystem, driving funnel growth and cross-selling. This is a cross-functional role bridging HW/SW with market strategy, focused on industrial motor drives and related markets. You’ll represent the voice of the EMEA market inside Renesas and work to scale the business with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Retribuzione / Benefits * competitive benefits package Responsabilità * Own and implement the motor drives solutions marketing strategy for EMEA across target segments * Act as industry expert; guide sales, FAE, customers, and distribution network * Analyze market drivers, opportunities, and competitive positioning; identify white spaces * Define solutions roadmap, value proposition, collateral,
and go-to-market with HW and SW teams * Promote solutions to customers and channels; collaborate with sales, FAE, and channel marketing * Acquire new customers; identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities; drive funnel and conversion * Develop and manage an ecosystem of partners; participate in tech events Requisiti fondamentali * 7+ years in BD, technical marketing, technical sales, FAE, or product management in semiconductors/power electronics/motor drives * Solid knowledge of motor drive systems (BLDC/PMSM/ACIM, FOC, inverter topologies, sensing, MCUs, power switches, EMC, thermal, safety standards) * Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong business acumen and strategic thinking * Excellent communication and presentation skills; credible with engineers and executives * Influence without authority; cross-cultural collaboration across EMEA, Japan, US, China, India * Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, BI; coding in C or Python is a plus * Fluent English; German
