You will design test strategies for HTOL, THB, bHAST and other reliability assessments to evaluate durability and lifetime under different operating conditions.
You should have a Master in Physics, Materials Science or Electrical/Physics Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in reliability and semiconductor physics.
