Lake Garda Elementary School Nestled in the hills of Northwestern CT, Region 10 serves the towns of Harwinton and Burlington and is bordered by Farmington, Bristol, Litchfield, and Torrington. Our communities have many offerings contributing to work/life balance and convenience for daily life.
