Overview As a Document Controller within the Project Information Management team, you ensure accurate, secure handling of project documentation across the lifecycle on a major international energy development project. You will work closely with engineering, project controls, and contractor teams to maintain EDMS integrity, support timely reviews, and drive information handover at close-out. This role sits at the core of information governance in a multinational, multidisciplinary project environment. You will contribute to continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives while upholding HSSEQ standards. and archiving in the EDMS * Monitor document workflows and support timely reviews and approvals * Coordinate with contractor and supplier document control teams to ensure compliance * Maintain and update Master Document Registers and Document Distribution Matrices * Provide regular status reporting to project stakeholders * Support information handover during close-out * Respond to document queries and guide project personnel * Liaise with project teams and contractors across locations * Participate in continuous improvement and digitalisation of document management * Promote HSSEQ compliance throughout the project lifecycle Requisiti fondamentali * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Document Controller in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, or Industrial projects * Experience supporting large-scale engineering and construction projects * Knowledge of document control processes across full project lifecycle * Strong experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) * Proficient in Micros
