Overview In this role you shape the ADAS application roadmap by translating market trends into concrete product requirements. You will lead cross-divisional collaboration to define value propositions, capture global needs, and inform go-to-market concepts. You’ll engage with top customers to identify pain-points and steer a multi-disciplinary team toward cohesive product programs. This is a strategic, high-impact role at a global leader driving green mobility and digitalization. Responsabilità * Drive and own the application strategy and bluebook for the ADAS domain * Engage with leading customers to translate pain-points into future ADAS solutions * Develop value propositions and market picture by capturing global requirements, including cost and pricing inputs,



and support G2M concepts * Manage a cross-divisional system competence team of Product Marketing and Technical Marketing to derive product requirements for 6 Product Lines across Divisions of Infineon Requisiti fondamentali * Technical degree in Electronic Engineering, Informatics or Physics with 10+ years in the automotive industry (preferably ADAS) * Experience in customer interaction with OEMs and T1s * Proven ability to manage cross-divisional teams of product and technical marketing professionals * People and project management skills to lead a cross-functional, global team (~20 experts) * Strong analytical skills to derive product requirements from options * Intercultural skills to lead a diverse regional team * Fluent English * cross-functional collaboration * leadership and people management * analytical thinking * ADAS domain knowledge * market requirements gathering * go-to-market planning
